These terms govern your use of mahalsystems.ai and the applications provided by Mahalanobis Systems ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Using our services

You may use our services only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to access them without authorization, interfering with their operation, or using them to break the law or infringe the rights of others.

Your content

You keep ownership of any content or data you provide. You give us permission to use it only as needed to provide the services to you. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services, such as signing in with Google. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

Our intellectual property

The services, including their software, design and branding, belong to Mahalanobis Systems. These terms do not give you any right to use our name or logos.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mahalanobis Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the services.

Ending use

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
